BALTIMORE – The Coast Guard and members of local agencies are searching for a 40-year-old man in the Severn River in the vicinity of Annapolis, Saturday.
Missing is Mark Harbison.
Coast Guard watchstanders at Sector Baltimore received a call at 3:36 a.m. from the owner of the 30-foot vessel Raxx reporting his passenger was missing in the Severn River.
A 45-foot Response Boat – Medium crew from Coast Guard Station Annapolis, an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City, N.J., and a Department of Natural Resources boatcrew are currently searching for the man.
