PORT ARANSAS, Texas — The Coast Guard, along with the Rockport Police Department and Texas Parks and Wildlife, is conducting a search for a 31-year-old man, Shay Fahrenthold, who went missing in Copano Bay, 16 miles north of Port Aransas, yesterday evening.
