ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – The Coast Guard is searching today for a kite surfer who was reported to be tangled in the kite’s ropes about six miles south of Cape Henlopen, Del.
The identity of the kite surfer is not yet known.
Searching for the missing kite surfer are crews from:
* Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City
* Coast Guard Station Indian River, Del.
* Delaware State Police
