NEW ORLEANS – Coast Guard Sector Ohio Valley reopened the Ohio River for all vessel traffic near Proctor, West Virginia, Saturday afternoon.
Sector Ohio valley reports the source of the chlorine release has been secured and air testing resulted negative for chlorine.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is investigating the cause of the release.
