Alameda – The Coast Guard recognized three survivors of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor today in a ceremony at Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA. Among those recognized was Senior Chief Petty Officer John Rauschkob, U.S. Navy, retired who was a Petty Officer 3rd Class at the time of the attack. Senior Cief Rauschkolb served 38 years in the Navy as a Signalman.
