MIAMI — The Coast Guard medevaced a woman Sunday from the commercial dive vessel, Deep Obsession, near Lake Worth Inlet, Florida.

Coast Guard Sector Miami Command Center watchstanders received a call from the captain of the vessel at approximately 11:00 a.m. stating the passenger had received a laceration on the back of her knee.

Coast Guard Station Lake Worth Inlet launched a 45-foot Response Boat-Medium crew that arrived on scene at approximately 11:07 a.m. and transferred the patient to awaiting EMS on Riveria Beach at approximately 11:27 a.m. with no further incidents.
