COAST GUARD ISLAND, ALAMEDA, Calif. – Mr. Michael Gantic from the History of Pearl Habor Survivors Association and a member of ISC Alameda’s Honor Guard place a memorial wreath during the Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day Ceremony here. The placing of the wreath coincided with the time of the attack on Hawaii.
