MIAMI — Search-and-rescue crews rescued three divers Monday evening two nautical miles east of Boynton Inlet, Fla.
Watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Miami received a report of a disabled vessel with four people aboard and three missing divers in the water. The watchstanders issued an Urgent Marine Information Broadcast (UMIB) and launched a boatcrew with Coast Guard Station Lake Worth Inlet, Fla., and the Coast Guard Cutter Bernard C. Webber to respond.
The Bernard Webber arrived on scene, and located the divers and transported them back to their 25-foot diving vessel.
There were no reports of any injuries.
