OCEAN CITY, N.J. – The Coast Guard is searching for one person Friday in the vicinity of the Longport Bridge near Ocean City, N.J.
The Coast Guard received a call at 1:05 p.m. from Ocean City dispatch reporting the possibility of one person in the water.
A rescue helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City, N.J., and a rescue boat crew from Coast Guard Station Great Egg, N.J., are on scene and currently searching.
