Coast Guard crew rescues 4 in the Delaware River

PHILADELPHIA – The Coast Guard rescued four people Sunday who were aboard a 21-foot boat near buoy 35 in the Delaware River here.

The Coast Guard received a call at 5:59 p.m. from the crew of It’s About Time reporting they were experiencing engine trouble.

A rescue boat crew from Coast Guard Station Philadelphia arrived on scene.

The rescue boat crew towed It’s About Time and its crew to the National Park Public Boat Ramp near Philadelphia.
