Coast Guard Captain of the Port reestablishes normal port operations in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — Coast Guard Sector San Juan Captain of the Port, Capt. Drew W. Pearson, set Port Condition Four at 6 a.m. Sunday for all the ports in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico following the passing of Tropical Storm Rafael.

All the ports in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico have been authorized to resume normal port operations.
