SHEPARD, Tx – A Coast Guard helicopter crew from Air Station Houston received a call from Guardian EMS and was airborne at 10:22 p.m. Saturday to help aid in the transport of victims from a car crash on Highway 59, 60 miles north of Houston. The Coast Guard airlifted and transported one child to Herman Memorial Hospital.
