SEATTLE – The Coast Guard received a report of an injured hiker on Mt. Erie near Anacortes, Wash., at approximately 3:10 p.m., Sunday.
An MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew was launched from Air Station Port Angeles, Wash., and arrived on scene at approximately 4:40 p.m.
The hiker was hoisted aboard the helicopter and transported to an Anacortes Hospital.
