ALAMEDA, Calif. — U.S. Coast Guard, Mexican navy, and good Samaritans aboard the Mexican fishing vessel Progresso Primero rescued three mariners aboard the 80-foot sport fishing vessel Real Pain II 60-miles northwest of San Carlos, Mexico, Sunday.
