SAN PEDRO, Calif. — The Coast Guard responded Sunday morning to a report of a passenger on a 36-foot recreational vessel experiencing pain caused by an unknown medical condition. A 41-foot Utility Boat from Coast Guard Station Channel Islands Harbor was launched to the scene and safely escorted the vessel into Channel Islands Harbor.
