CLEVELAND – U.S. Coast Guard Station Saginaw River, Mich. rescued four good samaritans, Saturday at approximately 9:30 p.m., after they fell through the ice after trying to assist two people in distress one mile offshore Saginaw Bay in Linwood, Mich.
