KEY WEST, Fla. — The Coast Guard, U.S. Navy, and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission rescued Andrew Schlieper, 37, of Marathon, Fla., Tuesday after he was reported missing while diving four miles south of Key West.
