Montrose Investigation Report Available
BALTIMORE- The U. S. Coast Guard issued the report of its investigation into the Feb. 28, 2007 grounding of the cargo vessel M/V Montrose on the Chesapeake Bay.
Bridge resource management and pilot fatigue were cited as contributing causes in the grounding.
