		<description>Wow...what a great idea!  I  always wear a hand held, water proof VHF radio in my life jacket pocket when I&#039;m kayaking and this sounds like this is even better.

I&#039;m guessing since it has to be connected to a GPS, this is not available in a hand held VHF radio...but wanted to ask.
