Houston Coast Guardsman Accused of Beating Neighbor

Fox 26 in Houston reports that:
HOUSTON - The U.S. Coast Guard said it is investigating allegations against a service member accused of brutally beating his neighbor.
Officials said an altercation escalated after the 21-year-old victim told the service member not to block his drive way.
The victim was so beaten, he has been in the hospital for two weeks, official said.
