<description>The coordination between CG units has long been a model for all SAR teams and First Responders to an incident at sea. The reference of PO Levi Read in his well wriiten editorial fell short in his mention of the HAM Radio existence and their frequent and dedication to the saving of lives and property at sea. The proper name of these 60 plus ,emergency communications volunteers. The Maritime Mobile Service Network website,(MMSN.ORG) is a very informative source of: who we are,our mission, recent events to which we responded, maritime weather, and a wealth of other informative links

As a long time Net Control Station I would be happy to answer any question from those who read the website. You may email me at NP2CB@earthlink.net
