Coast Guardsmen honor fallen shipmate near Vashon Island, Wash.

Boats from each unit, as well as a 65-foot boat built by Safeboat for the Tunisian navy, were strung together, serving as a platform for participating members as they gathered around and paid tribute to a fallen shipmate.
