Coast Guardsman acquitted during court-martial

JUNEAU, Alaska — A Coast Guardsman accused of two specifications of aggravated sexual contact was acquitted Friday during a General Court-Martial.

Petty Officer 3rd Class William Bisel had been charged with two violations of Article 120 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and was found not guilty of the charges and specifications by a Coast Guard member panel.
