Coast Guard Searching for Missing Pompano Beach Man

MIAMI – Coast Guard crewmembers from Station Fort Lauderdale, Fla., are searching for a 65-year-old man who failed to return as scheduled Wednesday.

Pierre Raymond, of Pompano Beach, Fla., rented a 19-foot Sea Ray from Atlantic Boat Rentals Wednesday and was last seen heading north in the Intracoastal Waterway. The reporting source stated Raymond had was going to pick up two people for dinner and return no later than 6 p.m.

The Sea Ray is described as a white vessel with a Florida registration number of FL9401MZ.
