MIAMI — The Coast Guard is searching for a 60-year-old man in the vicinity of Lake Passage near Key West, Monday.

Missing is Robert McHabe, 60, last seen wearing gray swim trunks and reported falling overboard a 27-foot cabin cruiser west of Key West.

Watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Key West Command Center received a call from the cabin cruiser crew at 6:25 p.m. Sunday, reporting McHabe had fallen overboard. The watchstanders directed the launch of two Coast Guard Station Key West boatcrews and a Coast Guard Air Station Miami MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew.

Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission also launched two boat crews to assist in the search for McHabe.
