Coast Guard receives application to construct pedestrian/bicycle bridge across Willamette Slough

SEATTLE — The 13th Coast Guard District received an application from the City of Salem, Ore., Jan. 30, 2014, proposing the construction of a pedestrian/bicycle bridge across the Willamette Slough between Minto Island and Riverfront Park in downtown Salem.

The complete public notice including a brief summary of project impacts, a map of the location, and plans for the proposed bridge can be viewed at http://www.navcen.uscg.gov/?pageName=pnBridges&Active=1&region=13.
