I just wanted to say my heart goes out to these 2 Coast Guard men. My husband and I were probably the closest behind them when this occurred and it was a complete accident on both the vehicle and the pedestrians. My husband actually wanted to contact the driver while we were on the scene to let him know that this was not his fault but was sure the officer that we gave a statement to would not allow it. I pray for peace and comfort at this time to all families involved.
