Coast Guard Investigates Crew on Barge

Sacramento - KCRA-TV reports that West Sacramento fire investigators said there were 11 crew members on the barge when it hit the 115,000-volt transmission lines at dusk on Friday. The U.S. Coast Guard is investigating the case to find out what happened.
