Coast Guard Buoy Tender Elderberry Sets Seasonal Buoys
Srping has finally arrived.

JUNEAU, Alaska - The crew aboard the Petersburg-based buoy tender Elderberry set buoys Tuesday marking the onset of spring and the upcoming recreational boating season in the Gastineau Channel. The seasonal buoys mark potential hazards and aid boaters in navigation. The buoys will be removed at the conclusion of the summer boating season.
