Coast Guard Academy announces Spring 2015 Regimental Review schedule

NEW LONDON, Conn. — The U.S. Coast Guard Academy Corps of Cadets is scheduled to march in five regimental reviews at the Academy during the spring semester. The community is invited to attend all drills, which are free and open to the public.

Bleachers are available and are located in front of Hamilton Hall with a view of Washington Parade Field, where each ceremony will take place. In the event of foul weather, reviews will be cancelled or moved to an indoor location.

Regimental reviews are part of military traditions and ceremonies which serve to develop poise, confidence, teamwork, and leadership. They also provide a valuable means of recognizing military heritage and pride in the Coast Guard.

The Corps of Cadets Spring 2015 Regimental Review schedule is as follows:

Friday, April 10, at 4 p.m.

Friday, April 17, at 4 p.m.

Friday, April 24, at 4 p.m.

Sunday, May 17, at 7:30 p.m. (Sunset Review)

Tuesday, May 19, at 9 a.m. (Graduation Review)
