Coast Guard ends fishing trip due to lack of fire-fighting equipment

BUCKS HARBOR, Maine – The Coast Guard ended the voyage of a Bucks Harbor, Maine-based fishing vessel a half mile east of here Saturday, when a boarding team discovered the boat had no fire-fighting equipment.

BALTIMORE – A Coast Guard crew medevaced a man from a sailboat in the Chesapeake Bay Saturday who was reportedly suffering from diabetic shock.
