ANCHORAGE, Alaska – The Coast Guard, Alaska Dept. of Environmental Conservation and R and R Diving refloated the 60-foot pleasure craft Ginny Lee Monday in the Valdez small boat harbor and concluded clean-up operations on Tuesday.
