Coast Guard urges mariners to exercise caution during hazardous sea conditions
ALAMEDA, Calif. – The National Weather Service has issued a Small Craft Advisory for the Central and Northern California Coasts, including the San Francisco Bay from 6 a.m. through 6 p.m. Friday.
