Coast Guard crew medevacs 1 near Barnegat, N.J.

BARNEGAT, N.J. – The Coast Guard medevaced a 29-year-old man Wednesday aboard a 145-foot boat 51 miles east of Barnegat Inlet here.
Medevaced was Joe Holtz.
The Coast Guard received a call at 12:05 p.m. from a crewmember aboard the Endeavor reporting Holtz was injured and needed medical attention.

Coast Guard Sets Security Zone Around Intrepid During Transit

NEW YORK-A 100-yard security zone around the Intrepid Air and Space Museum will be enforced tomorrow while the Intrepid is brought from Staten Island, N.Y., to Pier 86, Manhattan, from 10:30 a.m. to around 4:30 p.m.
