SEATTLE – Two boaters have perished in the Seattle area from injuries sustained in boating accidents since Saturday.

ST. LOUIS – The Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP) Sector Upper Mississippi River has re-opened the Illinois River to all recreational and commercial traffic.
