PHILADELPHIA – The Coast Guard rescued two people today who were aboard a disabled 26-foot fishing boat in the vicinity of Bowers Beach, Del.
The Coast Guard received a call at 3:30 p.m. from a Good Samaritan who reported the boat was anchored, disabled and in need of assistance.
