PHILADELPHIA – Aqua Survey has contracted Delmarva Salvage Company in conjunction with Tow Boat US to conduct a salvage operation on the research boat Russell W. Peterson that grounded yesterday near Bethany Beach, Del.
The salvage operation commenced about noon.
