SEATTLE – The Coast Guard unveiled the America’s Waterway Watch program banner alongside building seven located at Pier 36 here today to advertise and encourage participation in the program.America’s Waterway Watch program is akin to a neighborhood watch program, but for Puget Sound waterways, and offers a hotline to report unusual or suspicious behavior.
