BOSTON – Coast Guard crews are towing a Truro, Mass.-based fishing vessel after the boat became disabled about nine miles east of Chatham, Mass., around 12:45 p.m., today.
The seven-person crew aboard the Jillian, a 68-foot scalloper, radioed Coast Guard Station Chatham reporting the boat was disabled due to engine failure.
