SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – The crew of the Coast GuardC utter Key Largo repatriated 13 Dominicans Sunday to La Romana, Dominican Republic, and detained seven migrants for prosecution and two others as material witnesses following an at-sea interdiction Saturday.
