SAVANNAH, Ga. – The Coast Guard rescued a missing diver approximately 40 miles east of St. Catherines Island, Ga., Saturday afternoon.
Brent Bryson, 45, of Hazlehurst, Ga., was spear fishing with friends when he became separated from the group. Bryson’s friends immediately contacted the Coast Guard over VHF radio and requested assistance.
