Coast Guard Medevacs Woman from Garden Island

GARDEN ISLAND, Mich. — The Coast Guard medically evacuated a 71-year-old woman from Garden Island, Mich., after she had symptoms of a heart attack at approximately 3 p.m. today.
A Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City HH-65 dolphin rescue helicopter crew transported the woman to awaiting Emergency Medical Services at Charlevoix Hospital.
