JUNEAU, Alaska – Coast Guard Station Ketchikan deployed a 47 foot motor life boat crew to retrieve a drifting houseboat from the Tongass Narrows at 8:45 Tuesday.
After dewatering 1200 gallons of water the vessel was returned to its mooring.

Weather Stalls Oil Clean-up
HOUSTON – Bad weather stalled the clean-up and pipeline response efforts 30 miles south east of Galveston, Texas, Wednesday night.
